LPN /RN - Full or Part-time Evening RN or LPN and a Full or Part-time Night LPN.

Home Health Aide - Minnewaska Home Care is currently seeking a part-time Home Health Aide to provide visits to area clients in their homes.

RN Case Manager - Full-time Case Manager position. Experience with MDS, care plan and assessments preferred. Position requires good clinical monitoring skills and positive communication and supervisory skills. RN weekend rotation.
